Chitravina N Narasimhan had his training under his father Gotuvadyam Narayana Iyengar, and was an accomplished vocalist before he was 10. He then took to the chitravina and performed brilliantly all over the country, popularising Carnatic music in the process.
Bhargavi Balasubramanian is a talented and committed performer and guru, both in vocal and instrumental music. She was initiated to vocal music by Smt Kokila Sundaram (a disciple of Lalgudi Gopala Iyer), and continued her training under Savita Narasimhan.
A student of his mother Charubala Mohan, Chandrasekharan is one of the senior violinists in the field today. He has accompanied the likes of Maharajapuram Viswanatha Iyer, G N Balasubramanyam and Madurai Mani Iyer. Chandrasekharan has established a style of his own and gives solo and duet concerts on the violin, besides the occasional vocal concert.
